After more than twenty years of working in innovative business environments, Kae has extensive experience in many roles. Ranging from business consultancy and project management of international teams to running technology training centres and digital media start ups.
She has worked with clients in most industry sectors, in both the northern and southern hemisphere, including government, finance, utilities, media and technology.
She started offering her skills as an independent business consultant in 2012 helping SME’s implement digital and social media and streamline their processes to meet online customer demands. She works with digital agencies, community interest companies and business owners and has recently completed an ERDF funded project, working with Agency East CIC, to provide business and social media support to more than 250 business owners in the East of England.
With the aid of technology she has been increasingly working in a virtual capacity, saving her clients time and money by using efficient online tools and services. As virtual team working has matured an increasing number of her business associates embraced this trend and the obvious next step was to combine their skills and offer their services through Virtual Demons.
Kae’s blog Digital Pirates was originally conceived to document her and Kevin’s journey to restore, live and work-aboard their Morris Griffiths Waterwitch, Tamaha. This has evolved and expanded to include information for those considering a virtual and digital nomad style of working.
